No, don’t dress in panetonne. It’s not Christmas.
It’s Spring (soon)! And Pantone have released their super trending spring colours for 2017 in this little colour palette right here.
Mmmmmm, lovely aren’t they? Greenery of course, it the much heralded ‘Colour of the Year’ and it’s very pretty. I’m not sure how many people will be wearing kale. But I’ve had a little cruise through the new season to see what there is that matches up to this palette. Most of this lot comes from ASOS but can be found elsewhere (SheIn or Moda Express) if ASOS have sold out.
The world’s cutest little primrose yellow skater dress
I couldn’t wear this Sister Jane ruffled blouse, which is probably why I absolutely adore it so much.
It’s not exactly island blue but this easy to wear denim wrap dress from ASOS White is just lovely so I’ve stuck it in anyway.
I’m always a bit dubious about cold shoulder sweaters. After all, don’t your shoulders get cold? But this is so lovely, I’ll sneak it into my wardrobe and put on warmer knickers.
I love this burnt orange dress, prefect to fan the flames of gorgeousness (see what I did there?)
Bright pink can be tricky to wear near your face… but it’s always good on your feet!
It’s both deep sea and island blue, you wear this and you’re instantly transported to Mauritius …
Go on, you know you want to wear an indigo Farrah Fawcett style jumpsuit waaaay more than you want to wear a kale coloured cardigan.
